PTC: percutaneous transhepatic cholangiography. Direct transhepatic puncture of the intrahepatic bile duct under fluoroscopic guidance and contrast agents to show the bile duct system. Indications: biliary obstruction, intrahepatic bile duct dilatation. 7. ERCP: endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography; endoscopic insertion in perspective at the descending part of the duodenum, then the catheter was inserted through duodenal endoscopic injection of contrast agent, to display the biliary and pancreatic duct; indications: biliary obstruction; pancreatic diseases.
