With the development of technology, nowadays how to carry out the three major concepts of the Olympic Games, which contain Green Olympics , Humanistic Olympics and high-tech Olympics, becomes more and more essential to both the host country and the host city. What matters most is to bring up the talents for the Olympic Games. There is a tendency that the Olympic volunteers play a more and more vital role in the process of the Olympic Games. The way to organize, train and manage the volunteers is the key point of holding the Olympic Games. In order to organize and manage a successful Olympic Games, we should try our best to make up a high-qualified and well-trained working team. With the development of voluntary work in various aspects in the society, volunteer is no longer an individual, instead, it has become an organized collective organization. The volunteers of the Olympic Games devote their labor, skill and time to all the commissions assigned by the organization committee without any material rewards during the preparation and the process of the event. With the increasing number of the large-scaled sport events in China, the volunteers and the research of the management of the volunteers draw more and more attention.
