Abstract:The problem of quality, such as unpolished surface, bad surface quality and profile shape emer ed in the production
of 2Cr13 in Flat Products Plant were analyzed. Based on the theoretical and practical analysis, the old production process was im
proved by modification of heatin process, adoption of new- style roller and modification of heat treatment process, consequently the
problem of surface(for example unpolished surface) in production of martensitic stainless steel was solved.
