Me thods To observe and ana- lyze the characters of the transthoracic echocardiogra hy in 45 atientswho were diagnosed to have ECD. Resu lts Among the 45 cases, 33 casesw ere diagnosed as Ebstein sabnom aly w ith d is lacement of se tal and inferior leaflets;7 casesw ith di-s lacem ent of inferior leafle;t 4 casesw ith dis lacem en t of se tal leaflet and only 1 case w ith dis lacem ent of all the leaflets; 34 caseswere com firm ed by surgery w ith 1 cases beingm isdiagnosed and 2 being uniden tified, and the accuracy of echoca-r diogra hy for diagnosis was 91%.
