中文摘要 当下计算机软件行业发展迅猛，软件项目的管理问题日益突出，特别是对项 目风险的识别、评估、应对和控制等风险管理相关问题更是引起了人们的关注和 重视。软件项目由于自身的一些特点决定了软件项目的风险管理较一般项目在技 术上较难解决，目前，很好地管理项目风险的软件项目并不多，但是市场经济法 则和企业自身必须求得生存的现实要求，使得项目管理者不得不高度重视项目的 风险管理，且把风险管理看成是项目管理中必不可少的一个重要组成部分。 本文在梳理了软件项目风险管理的研究现状与基本理论后，概述了软件生命 周期基本理论，且基于这个理论，从逻辑的角度，阐述了软件风险管理的步骤： 风险识别、风险评估、风险应对和风险控制，也从时间的维度，阐释了软件生命 周期各个阶段风险管理的重点，最后架构了一个风险管理的框架。本文的研究对 软件研发项目的风险管理有一定的借鉴作用。 关键词：风险 风险管理 项目生命周期 风险管理模型 ABSTRACT Today is an information age, the software industry rapidly develops. Along with the problem of software project management issues have become increasingly prominent, especially on risk identification, evaluation, response and control. Risk management issues now attract more and more peoples attention. Due to its own characteristics, the risk management of software project has highly difficulty. Minority software enterprise can carry on effective risk management. The law of market economy and enterprise oneself request risk management is an essential important component part of project management. In this paper, On the basis of the software project risk management,then overviews the software life cycle theory, based on the software life cycle theory, this article from the perspective of logic, explanation of the software risk management ：the process of risk identification, risk assessment, risk response and risk control, but also from the dimension of time, explanation of the software life cycle risk management’s focus, in addition, this paper also summed up the current comparison of 8 kinds of mainstream risk management model.
