It usedthelateraljerkinformation as the feedbacktopredict the longitudinal acceleration and deceleration,which is especially benefi鄄 cial to a sharp curveturning at a high driving speed. The performance of the controller is validated with Matlab/ Simulink. Thesimulationresultsindicatethat comparedwiththetraditionalvehicle,the G鄄vector controller can reduce the turning radius and improve the vehicle stability and agility obvi鄄 ously. Andtheproposedlongitudinalspeedcontrolstrategy couldtrade鄄offthelongitudinalandlater鄄 al acceleration by using thetire force during theturning.
