护理干预对百色市农村高血压患者高血压知识、态度、行为的影响 [摘要] 目的 探讨护理干预对百色市农村高血压患者对高血压知识、态度、行为（KAB）影响。 方法 选取2015年1月～2016年1月田阳县人民医院（70例）、德保县人民医院（68例）、右江民族医学院附属医院（40例）百色市农村高血压患者，分别于实施护理干预前、干预后3个月和半年发放KAB问卷调查表。 结果 干预后3个月、半年百色市农村高血压患者对高血压知识回答总正确率（98.20%，98.43%）、高血压态度总率（97.28%，97.85%）、行为总率（88.52%，88.52%）均明显提高，与干预前比较（31.68%，79.87%，65.73%），差异均有统计学意义（均P0.05）。 结论 护理干预能提高百色市农村高血压患者对高血压相关知识、态度和行为，提高治疗效果，从而减少并发症的发生，延长患者寿命，提高患者的生活质量。　　[中图分类号] R473.5 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2016）04（b）-0189-04　　[Abstract] Objective To explore the influence of nursing intervention on hypertension knowledge，attitude and behavior （KAB） in hypertensive patients in rural areas in Baise City. Methods From January 2015 to January 2016，hypertensive patients in rural areas from People′s Hospital of Tianyang County （n=70），People′s Hospital of Debao County （n=68），and Affiliated Hospital of Youjiang Medical University for Nationalities （n=40） were randomly selected.The KAB questionnaire was handed out before nursing intervention，3 months，and 6 months after interventions.After explanation of the investigated purpose by investigators，questions were answered by these participants and collected on the spot.The collected data were analyzed by SPSS software.The enumeration data were carried out by chi-square test，and ranked data among many groups were through Scheffe method. Results After 3 and 6-month interventions， the total accuracy on answering hypertension knowledge by hypertensive patients in rural areas in Baise City was 98.20% and 98.43%，and the total rates of attitude to hypertension and behavior were 97.28% and 97.85%，88.52% and 88.52% in turn，which were all greatly improved compared with those before intervention accounting for 31.68%，79.87% and 65.73% with statistical differences （P0.05）. Conclusion Nursing intervention can increase KAB relevant to hypertension by hypertensive patients in rural areas in Baise City.It can improve therapeutic effect，reduce occurrence of complications， prolong patient′s lifetime，and better the qu
