我国种业并购模式对并购绩效影响的机理分析1——基于协同效应理论任智侯军岐（北京信息科技大学，北京海淀 100192）摘要：种业是国家战略性、基础性产业，推动种子产业的健康发展，孕育有国际竞争力的种子企业，是促进我国农业发展的必然要求。但是，随着经济全球化的发展，大型国际种业公司不断涌入我国，加之我国种业企业自身存在的不足，使我国种业企业面临着严峻的挑战。如何规范我国种业产业的快速发展，提升种业产业的国际竞争力是一个亟待解决的问题。目前我国种业正处于并购整合阶段，我们迫切地需要种业完成并购重组，壮大本国种业。种业产业整合已经成为种业产业升级和种子企业发展的重要途径，哪个种子企业在产业整合中取得了主导地位，这个企业就可以占有重要的市场份额，获得长期发展的宝贵空间。不同的种业并购模式影响着种子企业的并购绩效，因此必须选择合适的种业并购模式，通过发挥协同效应，提高种业企业的经济绩效，推动种业企业向育、繁、推一体化方向发展。关键词：种业企业并购模式经济绩效协同效应Abstract: Seed industry is a national strategic and basic industry,promoting the healthy development of the seed industry and nurturing international competitive seed companies are a necessary requirement to promote Chinese agricultural development. However, with the development of economic globalization, the increasing influx of large international seed companies, coupled with Chinese seed industrys own existing deficiencies, our seed industry is facing serious challenges.So,it is an urgent problem that how to regulate the rapid development of Chinese seed industry and enhance the international competitiveness in the seed industry.At present, Chinese seed industry isin position tomerger and integrate, We urgently need to complete the seed industry merger and acquisitionsto grow our seed industry.Seed industrial integration has become the dominantstrategy in the emerging environment of industrial upgrading and business expansion.
