It is our responsibilities to supply clean and cozy environment for our guests. In order to fulfill these tasks, we have to pay careful attention to staff’s Grooming Hygiene as set out below: 酒店是给客人提供餐饮、客房、娱乐等的服务场所。给客人提供一个清洁舒适的环境是我们的职责，要做到这点首先要从个人的仪容仪表和卫生做起，以下是要注意的几点： Ladies Minimum Standards of Grooming 女士最低仪容仪表标准 Head头部 1. Ladies: If hair is longer than shoulder length it should be pulled back away from the face then held up in a bun or braid; ladies in F B must use hairnet, especially for those who work in the kitchens. 女员工长发过肩必须盘起；尤其是餐饮部女员工头发必须用黑色的发网盘起。 No hair coloring permitted. 不能染发。 Make up must be placed lightly and not to use dark colors. 只能化淡妆。 Perfume not to strong. 不能使用气味强烈的香水。 No visible necklaces. 不能佩戴明显的项链。 Body身体 Hands cleaned. 保持双手干净。 Finger nails only clear polish no dark colors. 只能使用透明指甲油。 Gentlemen Minimum Standards of Grooming 男士最低仪容仪表标准 Head头部 Beards must be shaved daily. 必须每天刮胡剔须。 Do not use strong smelling after shave. 刮胡后不要留下强烈的剔须水味。 Ears cleaned daily. 每天清洁耳部。 Hair to be neat and washed frequently. 头发必须整洁并经常清洗。 No hair coloring permitted. 不能染发。 Hair not to grow to shoulder length. 鬓角不能超过耳垂。 Body身体 No visible tattoo’s. 不能纹身。 Hands clean properly. 保持双手清洁。 Finger nails short and clean. 指甲修剪整齐和干净。 Limited jewelry to a watch and rings. 只能佩戴手表和婚戒。 No earrings. 不能佩戴耳环。 General Items for All Staff 全体员工应遵守的一般事项 Brush teeth at least twice per day, strong smelled food such as leek, garlic, onion, chives, etc are not permi
