现代药物与临床 Drugs Clinic 第 29 卷 第 4 期 2014 年 4 月 ·421· 2011—2013 年解放军第四六四医院住院药房心血管药物的使用情况分析 于金玲，魏亚伟 中国人民解放军第四六四医院 药剂科，天津 300381 摘 要：目的 分析中国人民解放军第四六四医院住院药房心血管药物的用药情况。方法 回顾性统计与分析 2011—2013 年解放军第四六四医院住院各类心血管药物用药金额、用药频度（DDDs）。结果 心血管药物用药金额较为平稳，DDDs 值 呈现先升后降趋势，其中降血压药、防治心绞痛药、钙通道阻滞药的用药金额和 DDDs 值均较高，用药金额和 DDDs 值排 名前 10 位药物也以上述 3 类药物居多。结论 中国人民解放军第四六四医院住院心血管类药物应用基本合理；治疗高血压、 冠心病和心绞痛的药物是临床常用药物，降脂药的用量呈现日渐增高趋势。 关键词：心血管药物；用药金额；用药频度 中图分类号：R972 文献标志码：A 文章编号：1674 - 5515(2014)04 - 0421 - 04 DOI:10.7501/j.issn.1674-5515.2014.04.023 Analysis on usage of cardiovascular drugs in hospital pharmacy from No.464 Hospital of Chinese Peoples Liberation Army during 2011－2013 YU Jin-ling, WEI Ya-wei Department of Pharmacy, No.464 Hospital of Chinese Peoples Liberation Army, Tianjin 300381, China Abstract: Objective To analyze the usage of cardiovascular drugs in hospital pharmacy from the No.464 Hospital of Chinese Peoples Liberation Army during 2011－2013. Methods To analyze the consuption sum and defined daily dose sum (DDDs) of various cardiovascular drugs. Results The consumption sum of cardiovascular drugs were relatively stable, and DDDs value showed a downward trend after the first rising. The consumption sum and DDDs value of antihypertensive drugs, prevention and treatment of angina drugs, and calcium channel blockers were higher. The top ten of the consumption sum or DDDs value were majority in the above three kinds of drugs. Conclusion The application of cardiovascular drugs is reasonable in the No.464 Hospital of Chinese Peoples Liberation Army.
