【摘要】 总结12例以癫痫样发作为首发症状的功能性胰岛素瘤患者的护理。 加强血糖监测和预见性护理，预防反复
低血糖反应的发生；癫痫样发作时，保证患者安全和长程视频脑电图监测质量，并根据患者血糖水平，及时补充含糖
液体。 本组患者顺利完成长程视频脑电监测，1周内均转外科接受手术治疗。

【Abstract】 This paper summarizes the nursing care of 12 functional insulinoma patients presented with seizure as
the first symptom. The measures included intensive blood glucose monitoring and predictive nursing interventions to
prevent recurrent hypoglycemia and seizure attacks, as well as ensuring patient safety, the quality of the video-EEG
during the long-term monitoring and the supply of sugary liquid when hypoglycemia attacks. All patients underwent
the video-EEG monitoring successfully and were transferred to surgery within one week.
