A dow nho le casing detection system has been de ve loped according to MMM. T he system collects the m agnetism m em ory signal libera ting from stress concentra t ing area, hence fast and correct ly to judge the stress concentration zone. In th is paper, the hardw are structure of the system is introduced, and som e sign ificant sensor circu its are g iven w ith h igh re liability and sensitivity. F arther, the adaptive w ave let deno ising m ethod and data sm oo th ing arithm etic are app lied in testing system s w ith MMM, the data are reserved and the no ises of the signa l are reduced. The new character of m agnetic sig nals is proposed to est im ate stress concentration zone. L astly, the va lidity and feasibility of the m ethod are dem onstrated by expermi ents.
