Methods: The status of clinical pharmacy work of traditional Chinese medicine and the existing problems were analyzed. Results: With the in-depth development of clinical pharmacy in nationwide major hospitals, clinical pharmacy of traditional Chinese medicine has been paid more and more attention to. However, due to various problems, with respect to the requirements of the development of modern pharmacy, the development of clinical pharmacy of Chinese medicine was still lagging behind and confronted with many unsolved problems. Conclusion: It is suggested that the personnel cultivation for clinical pharmacy of traditional Chinese medicine should be sped up; the staff of clinical pharmacy of Chinese medicine should enhance the consciousness of cooperation and actively participate in clinical work; The research of pharmacokinetics should be developed in the field of traditional Chinese medicine, so as to provide the basis for clinical medication.
