金融助力供给侧结构性改革——宁夏回族自治区产业结构调整下的工商银行宁夏分行资产业务探究 李琛瑶 （中国工商银行，宁夏 银川 750001） 摘要：当前中央经济工作会议提出的供给侧结构性改革，是继续引导经济健康发展的重要措施和经济新常态下的指导思想。同时也是中国十三五规划中变换经济发展模式与改革经济产业结构的重要一环。随着经济的快速发展，大量资本溢出而无合适需求，加快供给侧改革已经置于万分紧急的位置，一方面这是未来中国经济稳步增长的关键内核，另一面是当前中国经济触底反弹的实际需要。当前宁夏回族自治区的GDP总量已经达到2911.77亿元，人均收入为44015.03元。虽然较过去相比经济发展水平有一定提升，但是从自治区的整体产业结构来看，第一产业发展停滞，第二产业发展模式粗犷经济回报率底，第三产业虽然近些年快速发展，但是分布不平衡。与此同时就业压力上升，消费水平较低，处理环境污染任重道远，自治区经济发展水平与东部省份的差距越来越大。而商业银行作为供给侧结构性改革的重要支点，在当前的自治区去产能、去库存、去杠杆的产业结构调整大背景下，探讨宁夏回族自治区产业结构调整下的工商银行宁夏分行资产业务如何发展，具有重要的实际指导意义。 关键词： 供给侧结构改革； 产业结构调整 ； 资产业务 The Research of ICBC Ningxia Branch Assets Business in Industry Restructuring of Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region for Which Financial Assistance to Structural Reform of the Supply Front Li Chenyao （ ICBC, Yinchuan, Ningxia, 75001 ） Abstract：The current supply side structural reforms put forward by the central economic work conference, is one of the important measures to continue to guide the healthy development of economy and the economic guiding ideology under the new normal.
