Financial risk is a signal which can reflect the state of management comprehensively. The failure of all the relative operations of enterprises may eventually result in the financial risk. Once the financial risk breaks out, it may cause serious consequences such as corruption without reasonable operations. Managers should make proper decisions as well as effective precautions of financial risk. This paper concentrates on the financial risk of corporations, with the combination of theories and researches on the Corporation Y, analyzing financial risk in all-round. The text is divided into four parts in order to carefully study the current situations, the causes and the precautions of financial risk in China. The purpose of writing this paper is to make a comprehensive understanding of financial risk management of enterprises, and to further familiarize and master the precautions to control financial risk. I hope that it may have a beneficial effect to managers on how to reduce the financial risk and carry on effective explorations.
