北京市老年人群患龋状况的抽样调查 　　[摘要] 目的 了解北京市老年人群龋病情况，为开展防龋工作提供信息支持。 方法 采用多阶段分层等容量随机抽样的方法，对北京市65～74岁老年人进行口腔健康抽样调查，采用SPSS 13.0统计软件对数据进行整理分析。结果 北京市5208名受检者患龋率为69.16%，其中城市为70.68%，农村为65.78%，城市显著高于农村（P 0.01）；男性为66.33%，女性为71.93%，女性显著高于男性（P 0.01）。龋均为2.85，其中，城市为2.96，农村为2.62，城市显著高于农村（P 0.01）；男性为2.67，女性为3.03，女性显著高于男性（P 0.01） 。龋齿充填率为29.97%，城市为33.69%，农村为20.59%，城市显著高于农村（P 0.01）。 结论 北京市老年人群患龋率高，充填率低，城乡差异显著，应合理配置城乡口腔医疗资源，采取综合防治措施。 　　[关键词] 龋病；根龋；口腔流行病学调查；老年人 　　[中图分类号] R781.1 [文献标识码] C [文章编号] 1673-7210（2014）01（c）-0111-04 　　Survey of dental caries on the old people in Beijing City 　　ZHAO Mei ZHANG Hui CHEN Wei WANG Peng HAN Yongcheng▲ 　　Department of Preventive Dentistry， Beijing Stomatological Hospital Affiliate to Capital Medical University， Beijing 100050， China 　　[Abstract] Objective To investigate the dental caries status of the elderly aged 65-74 years in Beijing City， and to provide information for the oral health service. Methods An equal-sized stratified multi-stage randomly sampling design was used in Beijing City. Oral examinations of dental caries were performed on people who aged from 65 to 74. SPSS 13.0 software was applied for statistical analysis. Results 5208 old people were examed. The caries prevalence was 69.16%， which in the urban area （70.68%） was significantly higher than that in the rural area （65.78%） （P 0.01）. The caries prevalence of the female （71.93%） was significantly higher than that of the male （66.93%） （P 0.01）. The DFT was 2.85， which in urban area （2.96） was significantly higher than that in the rural area （2.62） （P 0.01）. Considering the sexual difference， the DFT of the female （3.03） was significantly higher than the male （2.67） （P 0.01）. The dental caries filling rate was only 29.97%， which in the urban area （33.69%） was significantly higher than that in the rural area （20.59%） （P 0.01）. Conclusion The caries prevalence of the old people in Beijing City is still very high， but the filling rate is very low. There is a significant statistic
