中职护理学生职业认同的现状及影响因素调查 [摘要] 目的 了解中职护理学生的职业认同现状及影响因素,为中职护理学生职业认同教育提供参考。 方法 利用自行设计的量表,评估234名在读中职护理学生的职业认同状况。 结果 中职护理学生整体职业认同水平乐观, 234名学生职业认同总体平均分为(72.31±9.80)分,职业自我认知平均得分为(39.51±5.92)分,职业自我体验平均得分为(23.81±3.49)分,职业自我控制平均得分为(8.97±2.49)分。家庭有无从事医疗相关行业对学生职业认同有明显影响(t = 2.32,P 0.05),且在职业自我体验维度中有差异性(t = 3.15,P 0.05);选择专业的初衷会影响学生职业认同的情况,因自身喜爱选择护理专业的学生职业认同得分要高于因听从家长安排、调剂、听别人推荐而选择护理专业的学生(P 0.05)。 结论 家庭环境、选择志愿初衷在一定程度上影响职业认同的发展。 [关键词] 中职护理学生;职业认同;影响因素 [中图分类号] R47 [文献标识码] C [文章编号] 1673-7210(2014)01(c)-0119-03 Survey about professional identity and its influence factors of the secondary vocational nursing students GE Liming1 HAO Yufang2 YU Qiding3 CAI Lingling4 LI Yuanwen4 1.Beijing Health Vocational College, Beijing 100000, China; 2.Beijing University of Chinese Medicine, Beijing 100029, China; 3.Beijing Normal University, Beijing 100000, China; 4.Dongfang Hospital, Beijing University of Chinese Medicine, Beijing 100000, China [Abstract] Objective To understand the professional identity and its influence factors of the secondary vocational nursing students, to provide some references for secondary vocational nursing students professional identity education. Methods With using self-designed scale, the professional identity of 234 secondary vocational nursing students was evaluated. Results The level of overall professional identity was more optimistic. 234 students professional identity overall average score was (72.31±9.80) points, the average score of the professional self-cognition was (39.51±5.92) points, the average score of the professional self experience was (23.81±3.49) points, the average score of the professional self control was (8.97±2.49) points.
