会昌县县城中学课余体育活动现状与研究 ——以会昌县私立英才学校为例 摘 要 课余体育活动是利用课余时间，利用各种身体练习的方法，结合自然力和卫生措施，进行经常地全面锻炼，已达到增强学生体质，培养锻炼习惯，调节精神和丰富课余生活，是实施学校体育目标、促进学生全面发展的目的，它对一个学生的健康成长具有重要意义。中学课余体育活动是中学体育工作的重要组成部分，是实施学全面促进学生身心健康发展的重要途径之一。本文采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、数理统计法等多种研究方法，对会昌县私立英才学校开展课余体育活动的现状进行调查分析。本文的研究目的是通过调查研究，在“健康第一”的思想指导下，有计划有目的的对会昌县县城中学课余体育活动的教学进行创新、策划、力求使学生在宽松的氛围里，满足对体育锻炼的需求，激发学生自主发展的动机，促进课堂教学的优化，增强师生交往，为实施终身体育打好坚实的基础。 关键词：会昌县城 英才学校 课余体育 现状 Abstract Extracurricular sports activities is the use of spare time, the use of various methods of physical exercise, combined with the forces of nature and health measures, are often more comprehensive exercise, to enhance the physical fitness of students, cultivate the habit of exercise, adjust the rich spiritual and after-school life, is to implement the goals of school physical education, to promote all-round development of students, and has the important significance of healthy growth for a student. Extracurricular sports activities of middle school is an important part of school sports work, is one of the important way to learn comprehensively promote the physical and mental development of students. In this paper, using the method of literature, questionnaire survey method, mathematical statistics and other research methods, analyzes the after-school sports activities on Huichang County Private elite schools. The purpose of this study is through the investigation and study, in the health first under the guidance of the thought, have the plan to have the goal of Huichang county middle school extracurricular sports activities of the teaching innovation, planning, and strive to make students in a relaxed atmosphere, to meet the needs of physical exercise, arouse the students motivation for the development, promote the optimization the classroom teaching, strengthen the communication between teachers and students, to lay a solid foundation for the implementation of lifelong sports.
