The regression shows the link between the secretion and the content of citrate acid. Salt stress makes it a little different that the content of citrate acid isn’t increasing as the secretion. Acid stress cause the remotion of the lines. The expression under Cu and salt stress is significant higher. The expression under Cu, salt, Al, acid stress is significant higher. The expression under Cu, salt, Al, stress is significant higher. CONCLUSION Acid, Al, Cu, DM, IM, Salt Stress can all effect the secretion of Citrate, and the expression of 3 kinds of OA channel protein, Cu can effect the transport of Citrate. The expression of OsFRDL1 have no links with the secretion of Citrate. The expression of OsFRDL2 have a connection of H+ transporter. The expression of OsFRDL2 have a connection of Na+ transporter.
