Human resource is the most important resource in all resources, effective play an important role of human resources in the core competitiveness, develop human resources competition countermeasure, is of great significance for the improvement of enterprise core competitiveness. Enterprise want to in the fierce competition in the continuous and healthy development, must have a set of effective management methods. Enterprise human resources are the first resource elements, is the key to core competitiveness, improve and increase the efficiency of the enterprise human resources management, optimization of human resources management is the core of competitiveness.
