山西旅游业服务供应链构建与运作研究 摘 要：近年来，随着人们物质生活水平的不断提升，旅游消费也在不断升温，旅游业迎来发展的黄金时期。山西省政府、省委也大力支持山西省转型跨越发展，指出要充分发挥我省文化底蕴深厚和旅游资源丰富的优势，加快构建旅游服务体系，促进旅游业快速发展。然而，旅游服务的经营管理模式和运行机制跟不上旅游业发展的步伐，急需构建符合山西省旅游业发展需求的供应链模式。旅游服务供应链对山西省经济社会发展具有重大意义，不仅能更好的建设旅游业经营体系、推进山西省第三产业的发展、满足游客的旅游需求、促进文化的融合，还有利于实现经济社会的可持续发展。 本文先介绍了山西省的旅游资源和旅游业发展现状，分析了构建山西省旅游服务供应链的必要性和可行性。接着运用灰色关联分析法分析得出旅游服务供应链的关键影响因素。文章将这些影响因素考虑在内，同时参考国内外各学者的研究成果，构建了科学合理的山西省旅游服务供应链，称之为三级网络旅游服务供应链，并提出相应的运行机制。文章最后针对构建的旅游服务供应链，设计了运用模糊综合评价法的旅游服务供应链绩效评价体系。综上，本文考虑到山西省独特的历史文化背景，设计了一整套旅游服务供应链体系，包括供应链的构建、运行、绩效评价，为山西省旅游业的发展提供一定理论指导。 关键词：旅游服务供应链，构建，运作，绩效评价 Study on the Construction and Operation of the Tourism Service Supply Chain in Shanxi Abstract：In recent years, as peoples living standards improved, tourism consumption is on the rise, the tourism industry ushered in the golden period of development. The government of Shanxi Province, the provincial party committee also strongly supported the development of transition in Shanxi Province, points out that we should give full play to the advantages of the rich cultural heritage and the rich tourism resources in our province, speed up the construction of tourism service system, and promote the rapid development of the tourism industry. However, the management mode and operation mechanism of tourism service can not keep up with the pace of the development of tourism industry, it is urgent to construct the supply chain mode to meet the development needs of the tourism industry in Shanxi Province.
