绿色酰胺化反应——反应底物的扩展 摘要 随着社会进步，时代发展。酰胺类化合物作为重要的有机化合物， 在材料 、医药、生物和农业等各种领域都有着广泛的应用。比如由英国细菌学家亚历山大·弗莱明保护人类生命健康起着重要的作用，保证催化剂量恒定的情况下，通过对不同结构的羧酸与不同结构的胺反应结果来比较，哪种结构的羧酸与哪种结构的胺更容易反应，产率比较高，推测出羧酸胺法能够适用于哪种反应底物。实验结果表明：脂肪族羧酸与胺反应产率较高，羧酸含共轭双键越多，产率越低；此外，芳香族胺中，含推电子基团越多，反应产率越低，反应时间越长，相反，吸电子基团越多反应产率越高，反应时间越短。所以，羧酸法应用于不含共轭双键的羧酸与含推电子基团的胺反应，效果较好。 关键词: 绿色 酰胺 底物 扩展 Green amidation reaction - a reaction substrate extended Abstract With the social progress , the development of the times .
