Serum cortisol levels in the start date and oocyte retrieval (ovum pick-up，OPU) was analyzed. Follicular fluid estrogen (E ), 2 androgens (T) and cortisol levels of pregnant and non-pregnant patients, to explore the emotional factors of follicle development maturity. Methods: 66 infertile women was selected randomly with with a IVF controlled ovarian hyper stimulation treatment long program. FSH, LH and E2 was tested after the menstrual cycle 2 to 3 days. The number of antral follicles was tested by B ultrasonic. Start time and Gn ampoules was decided. HCG was injected when monitoring of the dominant follicle diameter is from 1 to 3 up to 18mm, combined with the day serum LH, E , P value, 2 disable ovulation induction drugs.
