本科生毕业论文 （设计） 中文题目 基于企业伦理视角的食品安全问题研究 英文题目 Analysis on food safety problems at the view of enterprise?ethics 学生姓名 班级 341102 学号 学 院 商学院 专 业 工商管理 指导教师 职称 副教授 摘要 近几年来，随着“瘦肉精”、“三聚氰胺”、“福尔马林”等一系列事件的曝光，食品安全问题不断呈现在人们眼前，这一问题是由多种因素导致的，其中一个重要的因素就是企业伦理问题。事实上，在企业的经营发展当中，企业伦理道德始终都是企业行为的主题，其贯穿于诸多环节当中。尤其是在当前市场竞争较为激烈的客观条件之下，一个企业要想实现繁荣与发展，必然离不开道德与责任的支撑。 就现有状况来看，我国正处于经济转型的时期，由经济、文化、政治一体化的利益主体单一的社会转变为存在多元利益主体的社会，从某种程度上来说，其社会文化和伦理价值观念也必然有着显著的变化，与之相对应的，市场经济主体也会有一定的变化，企业不再一味追求经济利益，而是更多地考虑到经营活动是否符合规范。 本文立足于这一宏观背景进行讨论，并结合当前较为热门的食品安全问题进行研究，得出企业伦理的重要性及发展策略，希望能够在一定程度上对现实中我国食品企业的良性发展起到一定借鉴作用。 关键词： 食品安全 食品隐患 企业伦理  Abstract In recent years, along with clenbuterol, melamine, formaldehyde and a series of events of exposure, food safety problems unfold before our eyes, about this problem is mainly caused by many factors, one important factor is the enterprise ethics problems.
