锤式破碎机破碎板设计 摘要 锤式破碎机大量应用于水泥厂、电厂等各个部门,所以,它的设计有着广泛的前景和丰富的可借鉴的经验。本文重点介绍了锤式破碎机的工作原理,同时分析了它的优缺点以及工作范围,进行了大部分零件的设计,其实质为,在完成总体的设计方案以后,也完成了各个主要零部件的设计、安装、定位等问题,并对个别零件进行强度校核和试验。在各个零部件的设计中,要包括材料的选择、尺寸的确定、加工的要求,结构工艺性的满足,以及与其他零件的配合的要求等。强度的校核是,要运用的相关公式,进行危险部位的分析、查表、作图和计算等,最后对主要工作零件如破碎板等的加工精度、公差选择进行分析,以保证破碎机最终设计的经济性和可靠性。本文通过对破碎机的设计同时介绍了破碎机的种类、工作原理及其主要参数。并详细的分析了破碎机的结构、以及破碎机的工作流程,对破碎板进行了尺寸计算及强度校核。之后通过查表设计了法兰盘,承击板齿板零件等等。最后对主要工作零件的加工精度、公差选择进行分析,以保证破碎机最终设计的经济性和可靠性。 关键词:破碎机;破碎板;强度 Abstract Hammer?crusher?are?applied?to?such?each?department as the?cement?plant?,?power?plant?,etc. ?in?a?large?amount,?so?its?design?has?an?extensive?prospect?and?experience?that?can?be?used?for?reference. This paper introduces the working principle of hammer crusher, and analyse its advantages and disadvantages and the scope of work, beside,I design lots of component, The substance is that after completed the overall design plan,and completed the main parts of the design, installation, positioning and other issues, and conduct strength check and test to individual Parts. In the design of the various components, to include material selection, determine the size, processing requirements, the structure of the process of satisfaction, and match with other parts and so on. Strength check related to use formulas for risk site of analysis, look-up table, mapping and computing, the last,I analyse such as broken boards and other parts of precision, tolerance, to ensure that the final design of the crusher economy and reliability. Based on the design of the crusher also introduced species, the working principle and the main parameters of the crusher. And a detailed analysis of the structure of the crusher, and workflow crusher for crushing plate size calculation and strength check. After through checking design flange, bearing strike plate tooth plate Parts and more. The last work analyse precision major parts, tolerance to ensure the final design of the crusher economy and reliability. Key words:crushing machine
