XXX大厦建筑给水排水工程设计 XXXX学院 土木工程学院 给水排水工程2007届 XX 指导教师：XX 摘要：本设计为二十一层综合楼，建筑类别为一级，防火等级为中危险级Ⅰ级。须设建筑给水排水、消防、热水系统。该建筑地下二层为水池、泵房、设备间、换热间、车库，地下一层为商场，地上一层为办公大厅，二至二十层为办公室，二十一层为越层与二十层相通。地下一层和一层有公共卫生间，底下二层有值班员卫生间，一至二十一层办公室内设有卫生间。 生活给水系统：地下二层至三层由市政外网直接供水为低区，四至十二层为中区，十三至二十一层为高区，中、高区由变频水泵供水。 热水给水系统：本系统采用集中热水供应系统，闭式集中式分区热水供应系统。各区热水配水循环管网自成系统，加热设备、循环水泵集中设在地下二层，各区加热设备的冷水分别来自各区冷水水源。 消火栓给水系统：竖直不分区，由设在地下二层消防泵房内的消防水泵向消火栓管网供水。 闭式自动喷水灭火系统：不分区供水，五套报警阀组，水泵加压。 关键词：给水系统，排水系统，消防系统。 ABSTRACT The design here is a 21-floors’ integrated building, with construction levelⅠ and middle danger levelⅠ, which shall contain building water supply and drainage system, fire-fighting system and hot water system. There are pool, pump house, equipment room, heat-exchanger room and garage in the second underground floor, while market at the first underground ground floor. The 1st floor here is designed to be a hall, while the 2nd to 20th floor is office, with the 20th connected with the 21st. There are public toilets at the 1st underground floor and 1st floor, and the toilet for attendant is set on the 2nd underground floor, with washing room in each office from 1st floor to 21st floor. Water supply system: the 2nd underground floor to the 3rd on the ground is the low area and water is supplied directly from municipal water supply network; the 4th to 12th floor is the middle area; 13th to 21st is the high area. The water in middle and high area is supplied by the inverter pump. Hot water supply system: the system, used by centralized water supply system, is a closed centralized area water supply system. The hot water distribution net in each area is separated. The heating equipment and circulation pump are designed on the 2nd underground floor, with the cooling water used for the heating equipment supplied by the cooling water source in each area.
