Daqing Vocatio nal Co lleg e, Daqing 153255, China) Abstract: Based on the action of ult asonic- elect odepositing , the technique of p epa ating nanoce met ( N-i SiC) composite laye on the su face of metal subst ates was studied. T he influence of ult asonic waves on the content and dist ibutio n of nano ce amic pa ticles in laye , the influence of ult asonic w aves on the sizes of nickel g ains, and the elationship between the co ntent of nano pa ticles in elect oly te and in laye had been studied by ex pe iments. By o ganically combining ult asonic techno logy and elect odepositing technolog y, the nanoce met laye s consisting of nanoc y stalline nickel ( [ 50 nm) and ce amic pa ticles SiC can be obtained o n su face of common metals.
