便笺(便条)和短信--分类举例--道歉 　　便条技巧 人们在日常生活、工作中往往有一些简单的事情需要告知别人，而因某种原因无法见到对方时，就可以采取写便条的办法来传递信息。 便条可以说是一种简化了的书信，常用于朋友、同事、亲戚＼家庭成员之间。内容包括：提供信息，提出要求或咨询，安排活动或表示歉意等。 1．便条特点 格式简单、三言两语、直截了当、开门见山、无需客套。 便条一般写在一张纸条上，放在对方桌子上、钉在门上或请第三者转交。日期从简，在便条的右上角标明月、日或星期几和上下午几点钟，也可视情况而不写。如果是用信封装好托人转交，可在收信人姓名下写C／O Mr (请某某先生转交). C／O是care of(转交)的英文缩写。 2．便条种类 病假条(notes for sick leave)，事假条（notes for affair leave），邀请条(notes for invitation)，馈赠条(notes with gifts)求证条（notes for help），致谢条（notes of apology），道歉条（notes for apology），留言条（notes on visitor’s book）。 (1)病假条 Dear manager, Feb2nd I very much regret I am unable to attend office this morning owing to a severe attack of illness.
