  组织原型、吸收能力的演化对中小型制造 企业创新能力的影响研究1 许晖 范雅楠 王琳 (南开大学商学院，天津 300071) 摘要：在全球一体化和不确定性日益增强的经济环境下，我国中小型制造企业面临着来自国际市场严 峻的竞争压力，创新能力成为企业应对激烈市场竞争的关键动力。不同于以往研究从社会网络、组织学习 等理论视角研究企业的创新能力，本文引入组织原型的概念，运用规范的纵向多案例研究方法，通过对四 家中小型制造企业的定性研究发现企业在不同技术能力发展阶段组织原型的演变是影响吸收能力进而带来 中小型制造企业创新能力提升的重要因素，并呈现出三种不同的作用机制。由于所处技术环境的不同，四 家企业表现出由市场驱动原型和能力驱动原型出发实现创新能力提升的两种路径。 关键词：创新能力；组织原型；吸收能力；双元性 The impact of the evolution of organization archetypes and absorptive capacity on the innovation capability of small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises Xu hui Fan yanan Wang lin Abstract: In the environment of growing global integration and uncertainty, the small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises of China is facing severe pressure of competition from the international market, so innovation capability becomes the key to tackle fierce market competition. Previous studies adopt the perspective of social network and organizational learning theory to explore innovation ability, nevertheless this article applies organization configuration theory and the concept of organizational archetype, using longitudinal case study method, through the qualitative study of four small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises, finds that in different phases of technological capabilities, the evolution of organization archetype is driver of absorption ability and innovation ability of small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises, and plays an important role in the promotion of innovation ability from exploitative innovation to explorative innovations through the impact on absorptive capability, and present three kinds of mechanism.
