行业探讨| Industry Discussion 我国中心城市现代服务业发展现状 与路径选择 □高 玫 [ ] 摘 要 服务业尤其是现代服务业是城市发展的战略支点，是衡量一个城市现代化水平、城市价值和城市竞争力的重要标志 之一。我国中心城市近年来现代服务业虽然有了较大的发展，但是与国际中心城市相比仍有较大的差距。目前，我国 中心城市已经进入现代服务业加速发展时期，国内经济平稳较好发展、新型工业化的引致需求和产业扶持政策，为中 心城市现代服务业发展创造了较好的外部环境，应通过走产业融合之路、集聚发展之路、特色发展之路、创新发展之 路、开放提升之路，促进现代服务业大发展，提升城市核心竞争力。 [ ] 关键词 国家中心城市;现代服务业;发展现状;路径选择 [ 中图分类号] F7 19 [ 文献标识码] A [ 文章编号] 1006 － 5024 ( 20 12 ) 11 － 0 108 － 04 [ ] ( ) 作者简介 高 玫，江西省社会科学院经济研究所副所长、副研究员，研究方向为区域经济。 江西南昌 330077 : Abstract Service industry ， especially the modern service industry ， becomes the strategic pivot for the urban development ， and also one ’ of the important indicators to measure the level of a city s modernization ， urban values and urban competitiveness． In recent years ， the modern service industries of our central cities have been greatly developed ， but there still exists a big gap compared with the international central cities． At present ， when China  s central cities have entered a period of accelerating the de- velopment of modern service industry ， the stable and sound growth of the national economy ， the induced demands for new industrialization and industrial support policies create a good external environment for the modern service industrial develop- ment of the central cities． Therefore ， the paper suggests selecting the path of industrial convergence ， agglomeration ， char- acteristics ， innovation and promotion as to boost the great development of modern service industries and enhance the core competitiveness of the cities． Key words: national central city; modern service industry; development status; p
