M ethod s W ithmultistage stratifiedcluster samplingmethod, 25270prmi ary andmiddleschoolboard ing studentswere selected from 8 provinces. The informationofnutrition knowledgewascollectedw ith questionnaires. R esu lts The generalnutrition know ledge statuswas good, mostof their correctanswer fill ratewas above80 , whichwasbetteramong themiddle schoolboarding students than a mong theprmi ary students. The correctrate aboutknow ledge ofcoarsegrainwas lower (68. 5 ) and the correctrate of the know ledge aboutvitamin A, vitam in C, calcium and ironwas lower also. The girlswere better than theboysandthe correctansweron calcium washigher than about the other nutrients.
