In systems software design is take Keil51 as the simulation platform，used the C language and the assembly language mix programming has compiled the system application software；including master routine module，display module，resistance test module，electric capacity test module and inductance test module. Finally，the actual production of a prototype，tested in the laboratory results show that the prototype of the functions and indicators are the design requirements.
