From the total 22471 cases of collected prescriptions, we found 821 unqualified cases, the failure rate is 3.65%. Conclusion: There is a certain degree of hospital outpatient prescriptions irrational phenomenon, clinicians should strengthen the prescription management, the study, patients choose the most appropriate for different drugs.
