The insufficient of the relevant subject experience as well as the imperfect of the national policy and regulation, there are lots of problems on the road of the present agriculture e-commerce’s survival and development while it’s rapidly growing. By using the agriculture e-commerce as the research object, based on the Chinese developing history , followed the path of the agriculture e-commerce incentive mechanism development, this paper analyzed the significance and tendency of the development of the agricultural e-commerce, after caring on the SWOT analysis, it has analyzed the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and challenges of our country agriculture e-commerce, combined with the actual situation of the subject itself and the special environment, this paper expounds the overview of all the advantages and problems and its background, discusses the countermeasure and the suggestion of a series of targeted from the aspect of operation and management, improve infrastructure, strengthen information
