毕业论文 （20_ _届） FDI对浙江省制造业技术创新的影响及对策研究 摘 要 FDI对我国自主创新和技术进步的影响一直是人们关注的问题。近年来，不少国内外学者对FDI的技术外溢效应进行了大量的实证研究。但由于我国各地区各行业经济发展水平差异较大，对FDI技术溢出效应的研究在不同程度上忽视了FDI技术溢出效应的区域差异性和行业性差异。为了深入分析FDI对我国地方技术进步和自主创新的影响，有必要对外商投资比较密集的地区及行业进行研究。 浙江是我国重要的FDI聚集区域，其中制造业又占有较大比例。本文从FDI对浙江省制造业技术创新的影响这一角度展开实证分析，检验得出FDI对浙江省制造业技术创新产出存在着正面影响。针对以上结论，本文提出浙江省应重视引进高质量、根植性强、能够更加提高本地技术创新能力的外资，而且本地企业也应发挥积极的主观能动性，加强与跨国公司的联系，进而提高自身的技术创新能力。 关键词：Abstract The impact of FDI on Chinas independent innovation and technological progress has always been one of concern. In recent years, many scholars have carried out a great deal of empirical research about FDI technology spillover effect both at home and abroad. However, due to various sectors of the regional economic development, technology spillover effect on FDI research in varying degrees, has ignored the effect of FDI technology spillover of regional differences and industry differences. In order to further analysis to our country local FDI technological progress and the influence of independent innovation, it is necessary to compare densely populated region for the foreign investment and the industry for research. FDI in Zhejiang is an important regional gathering, where they account for a large proportion of the manufacturing sector. This article from FDI on zhejiang manufacturing technology innovation of the influence on the Angle of empirical analysis, inspection FDI have a positive influence to technology innovation in zhejiang province manufacturing industry. For the above conclusions, the paper puts forward that zhejiang province should pay attention to importing the invent which is of high quality, rooted and strong and can more improve local technical innovation ability of foreign investment. And local enterprise should also play an active subjective initiative, strengthen the contact with multinational corporations, further improving its technical innovation ability.
