毕业论文 （20_ _届） 温州制鞋业“用工荒”现状与对策研究 摘 要 温州制鞋企业多以中小型企业为主，属于劳动力密集型企业，对农民工的依赖性较强。一直以来，内地民工输出到温州，为温州制鞋业提供了充足的劳动力。然而近年来，“用工荒”问题一直困扰着温州鞋企，了解“用工荒”现状，对症下药是至关重要的举措。 论文旨在通过对温州制鞋业目前的用工情况收集信息，针对“用工荒”的现象进行分析，得出现状的一些特征，找出原因，并提出相应的对策。在阅读了部分现有的相关研究之后，论文通过针对温州制鞋业的实际情况，分析得出导致温州制鞋业“用工荒”现状的五大原因，分别是：（1）普遍工资不高；（2）没有一定的保障，缺乏安全感；（3）工作环境（包括硬件、软件）差；（4）缺少人文关怀；（5）制鞋产业需要转型升级。 在知道分析出原因之后，针对这五大原因，分别给出了五大对策来应对“用工荒”问题，借以缓解温州制鞋业的用工压力。 关键词：Abstract Wenzhou shoemaking enterprises, mostly dominated by small and medium enterprises (SMEs), are labor-intensive enterprises, with a strong dependence of migrant workers. Since the mainland workers have been exported to Wenzhou, migrant of Wenzhou footwear industry is provided abundant labor. However, in recent years, Wenzhou shoemaking enterprises are beset with labor shortage. So it is vital to understand labor shortage present situation, and to suit the remedy to the case. Paper aims to gather information through the current employment situation of Wenzhou footwear industry. Contraposing labor shortage phenomenon for analysis, the author obtains some of the characteristics of present situation, finds out the reasons and puts forward the necessary measures. After reading some existing studies in the theory, paper based on the actual situation in Wenzhou shoemaking industry, the author draws a conclusion that there are five reasons respectively leading to Wenzhou shoemaking labor shortage situation: First, wage is not high generally, Second, there is no certain security, lacking a sense of security; Third, the working conditions (including hardware, software) are bad; Fourth, humanistic concern is lacking; Fifth, the existing industry structure needs transformation. After finding out reasons and analyzing the reasons, in connection with these five reasons, five countermeasures are proposed to cope with labor shortage problem, so as to relieve the employment pressure on the footwear industry in Wenzhou.
