毕业论文 （20_ _届） 宁波市鄞州区中小企业信息化现状及对策分析 摘 要 鄞州区中小企业数量众多、外向度高、地位突出，是保持宁波经济蓬勃发展和旺盛生命力的重要基础。但同时，与全国其它地方的中小企业一样，鄞州区的中小企业也存在普遍规模较小、资金短缺、抗风险能力差等问题。通过信息化来提高企业效率、降低企业成本，增强市场竞争力，是破解中小企业生存与发展难题的必然要求。基于这一背景，摸清鄞州区中小企业信息化现状，找到制约中小企业信息化的主要因素，在此基础上提出的对策建议才具有针对性和参考价值。 本文在前期大量查阅资料和相关文献的基础上，找出制衡中小企业信息化的主要因素，并依据鄞州区实际情况建立合理的评价指标，本文将评价指标分为内部和外部因素。结合问卷，通过实证调查对宁波中小企业信息化整体水平进行实证分析，得出总体评价以及结论，并以评价结论为依据，找出制约中小企业信息化发展的主要因素，结合部分关于鄞州区中小企业信息化概述及评价，找出限制鄞州区中小企业信息化发展的因素，在此基础上提供对策建议。 本文提出的限制因素主要包括资金投入不足、人才缺乏两个内部因素和信息化标准推广欠缺、信息化产品应用不到位这两个外部因素，针对这些问题，结合相关文献，提出一些合理的对策建议。 关键词：；；； Abstract Yinzhou have numerous small and medium-sized enterprise（SMES），and these SMES are high developed，have a prominent Status，is the strong vitality to keep ningbo economy booming. But at the same time, like other SMES In the national，the scale of SMES in yinzhou district are small，and the capital is shortage and the anti-risk ability is poor etc. Through informatization to improve enterprise efficiency and reduce cost, increase the market competitive power,is the essential requirement to keep SMES survival and development. Based on this background, it has very important reference value to find out the SMES’ information present situation，and its main restricting factors． This paper first access large data, then to find out its main restricting factors，according to the actual situation of yinzhou area build up reasonable evaluation indexes, this paper will evaluation index is divided into internal and external factors.
