毕业论文 （20_ _届） 宁波市中小企业员工工作压力和工作倦怠的相关研究 摘 要 有关工作倦怠和工作压力的相关研究，一直是一个长久不衰的课题，相关研究显示，工作压力和工作倦怠在提高员工工作效率，预防和降低员工离职率方面可以起到重要作用。本研究采用由豪斯和里佐编制的工作紧张量表以及由派因斯和阿伦森编制的工作倦怠量表，对宁波地区几家中小企业的部分员工进行了测量，旨在了解宁波市中小企业员工的工作压力及工作倦怠情况，探析影响员工工作倦怠和工作压力的因素，并针对存在的问题，提出相应的对策及建议。研究显示：(1)宁波市中小企业员工工作压力较大，工作压力水平为10.8625±.4531 (2) 宁波市中小企业员工工作倦怠水平中等偏下，工作倦怠水平为3.224±.967。(3)宁波市中小企业员工工作压力和工作倦怠两者呈正相关，表明工作压力越大，工作倦怠越严重。本研究认为，要降低中小企业员工的工作压力，改善员工的工作倦怠，就必须积极建立合理的晋升机制；构建薪酬与工作量平衡机制；促进工作内容丰富化；只有这样，企业才能获得长久的发展。 关键词： Abstract The study on job burnout and work pressure has been a pop subject for quite a long time, it played an important role for the enterprises to improve job performance, to prevent and reduce the employee turnover. This research uses two scales.1、Job strain scale.This scale is made by House Rizzo.2、Burnout scale. This scale is made by Pines Aronson, has done a measuring on employees who from the middle or small enterprises in Ningbo, aimed at exploring the relationship between job burnout and work pressure, then put forward relevant suggestions. This research results show: (1) small and med-ium enterprises in Ningbo City staff have a high work pressure. work pressure ：10.8625±.4531 .(2) Ningbo small and medium-sized enterprise staff job burnout in middle rdi level. ob burnout: 3.224±.967 ; (3)In Ningbo City, there is a positive correlation between work pressure and job burnout.This study su-ggests that, enterprise should reduce work pressure and job burnout. the more serious working pressure, the greater the job burnout. Enterprise must pay attention to rules and regulations established by the democratization, implement-ation of the openness and fairness; established the reasonable promotion me-ch-anism; established salary and workload balancing mechanism; promoted job enrichment; established reasonable and effective employment mechanism, pro-vided a fair and competitive environment, only in these way to get long dev-elopment of enterprises.
