  调肝益气通络方促进骨髓间充质干细胞体 外增殖的研究# 韩海啸，李军祥* 5 10 15 20 25 30 35 40 （北京中医药大学东方医院） 摘要：目的：探索调肝益气通络方对大鼠骨髓间充质干细胞（MSC）增殖能力。 方法：腹腔 注射“CCl4-橄榄油”混悬液制备 WISTAR 大鼠（35 只）肝纤维化模型；其中 30 只灌胃给予 调肝益气通络方（低、中、高剂量）一个月，制备含药血清；另外 5 只用于 MSC 细胞的分离 与培养；用含药血清诱导 MSC 向肝细胞的分化连续 14 天；在各检测点进行形态学观察通过 MTT 对细胞增殖情况进行评价,通过 Western Blot 检测诱导第 7 天、第 14 天甲胎蛋白的表 达程度。 结果：各浓度含药血清在加入 1－14 天后，其细胞数量均比常规培养组增多，并 同用药剂量，时间呈正比；诱导 14 天后高剂量组甲胎蛋白呈强阳性表达。 结论：调肝益气 通络方对大鼠骨髓间充质肝细胞的增殖能力具有显著的促进作用，并可促进甲胎蛋白的分 泌。 关键词：调肝益气通络方；肝细胞；间充质干细胞；增殖；肝纤维化 中图分类号：R979.1;R735.2 Study of bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells in vitro proliferation promoted by Tiaoganyiqitongluo medicine Han haixiao, li junxiang (Oriental Hospital of Beijing University of Chinese Medicine) Abstract: Objective: by observing to tune liver Yiqitongluo side rat mesenchymal stem cell proliferation, to evaluate the proliferation ability of the party.
