摘 要
进给箱用来改变进给量轴经挂轮箱传入进给箱的运动,通过移动变速手柄来改变进给箱中滑动齿轮的啮合位置,便可使光杆或丝杆获得不同的转速。

1、1选题背景
轴类零件的功用为支撑转动零件、传动扭矩、承受载荷以及保证装在齿轮轴上的工件具有一定的回转精度。零件Φ24用来装套筒然后装滚动轴承起支撑作用,键槽8用来安装齿轮起定位作用。Φ30用来安装滚动轴承表面光洁度要求高并且同轴度要求不大于0.01mm轴的一端为齿轮轴用来变向,变速传递运动。齿轮精度为8级一般精度,其基准孔要求Ra3.2即可。本零件表面加工并不困难。Φ60齿轮表面要求精度高,需精磨,并保证同轴度不大于0.125mm。
