摘 要 医院信息化建设的推进，为医院卫生经济管理研究提供了更加宽广的领域，也使人们更加深入地认识了医院经济活动的规律和特点，通过不断实践，优化工作流程，落实医院管理制度，提高卫生经济管理水平。信息技术应用于医院管理，使许多先进的卫生经济管理思想和理论转化为指导工作的手段和工具。当前在医院信息化网络管理模式下，如何解决经济管理中出现的新问题、新情况；如何结合医疗工作需要，规范卫生经济工作流程，提高卫生经济管理水平；如何充实完善和落实医院财务管理制度，已成为当前医院信息化形势下需要迫切解决的问题。 本文重点研究和探讨了网络环境下医院卫生经济管理流程的特点与规律以及网络化医院运营绩效管理评估方面的相关问题。期望通过对具体案例的分析能对推动网络化医院卫生经济管理，进一步落实国家的相关制度，加强和规范医院的运营绩效管理，提高网络化医院卫生经济管理水平有所帮助和参考。 关键词：医院信息化建设，网络化医院，运营绩效管理评估，医院卫生经济管理 Abstract With the advance of hospital information-based construction, a wider field is provided for the research of hosptial sanitation economical management； And the rule and characteristic of hosptia economical activity is understood more by people, by incessant practice, optimize task process and carry out manage system, the level of sanitation economical management is improved. With the information technology applys to hosptial management, many advanced idea of hosptial economical management and theory translate into a measure of guide work. Currently, under the mode of hosptial information-based networks administration, how to solve the new problem and condition appear in economical management: how to discipline the process of sanitation economical and improve the level of sanitation economical management combine with the need of medical treatment； how to enrich and carry out the financial management of hosptial, have become a urgent problem under hosptial information-based mode. This paper focus on research and discuss the problem about the characteristic and rule of process hosptial network sanitation economical management, network hosptial operate performance management. Look forward to it may promote the hosptial network sanitation economical management, furthermore carry out reference institution, strengthen and regulate operate performance management, improve the level of hosptial sanitation economical management.
