The charm of teacher virtue which can be reflected from teachers’ character feature is their virtuous norms. In students’ eyes,teachers are the embodiment of virtuous norms.The teachers with noble virtue are the model for students, because what teachers say and do affects them directly and indirectly,which can’t be replaced by social mode and home environment.Whether village senior high schools can educate standard persons of ability,the key lies in teachers who are regarded as the embodiment of beauty and the standard of immitation.Therefore,teacher virtue has close connection with students’ healthy development and teacher virtuous construction is the key to improve educating and to realize the goal of development.In accordance to this problem, this thesis intends to set forth the importance of teacher virtuous construction in village senior high schools and analyse the problems then give some solutions on the basis of survey to present situation. Key Words:Village Senior High School;Teacher Virtuous Construction;The Analysis for the Reasons;The Way of Solutions. 目 录 前 言 教师是人类掌握知识、开发理性、奔向光明的引路人，是伦理道德的传授者。正如陶行知先生所说：“教育乃最有效力之事业”。 “传道、授业、解惑”是教师的天职，教师是经师，又是人师，是人中的楷模。然而，教师并不是生活在与世隔绝的孤岛上，在市场经济和改革开放环境下，师德建设同时面临许多新情况、新问题和新挑战。一些教师师德失范甚至个别教师违法犯罪现象屡有发生。相对而言，在农村高中教师师德失范的比例明显高于城市，加强农村高中师德建设更是刻不容缓。本文在对农村高中教师师德情况调查研究的基础上，对农村高中师德师德现状、原因及相应对策进行了阐述，对农村高中师德建设建言献策。 第一章农村高中师德建设的重要性 “厚德”方能“载物”。良好的师德是教师从事本职工作的最高准则。师德的魅力主要从教师的人格特征中显示出来，历代教育家提出的“为人师表”、“以身作则”、“循循善诱”、“诲人不倦”、“躬行实践”等[1]，不但是教师的道德规范，而且是教师良好人格品质的体现。在学生心目中，教师是道德规范的化身。师德高尚的教师是学生学习的榜样，学生不但模仿教师的行为举止、音容笑貌，乃至其态度、情趣、品行…… 教师的一言一行，待人接物的态度，直接
