 民众社会公共事务的归因结构初探# 毕重增，赵玉芳* （西南大学心理学与社会发展研究中心，重庆 400715） 5 10 15 20 25 30 35 40 45 摘要：通过序列因素分析，初步探索民众对于社会公共事务归因的结构及特点。对 4068 份 数据的分析结果表明，民众社会公共事务归因中包含了条件、能力、观念与方法、外部援助、 运气、努力与勤奋、政府、官员共八个因子；民众社会公共事务的归因表现出复杂化倾向， 既包括群体能力与条件因素，也包含官员与政府等组织因素，还包括外援及运气因素；公共 事务管理主体可以成为民众社会公共事务归因中的相对独立的因素。 关键词：社会公共事务；归因结构；归因谱系 中图分类号：B849；C91 The Attribution Structure of Social Public Affairs BI Chongzeng, ZHAO Yufang (Research Center of Psychology and Social development, Southwest University, ChongQing 400715) Abstract: Although many attribution researches are available in the literature, they all focus on individual’s behavior. Attribution to social public affairs is the cognitive basis for participate social management in any civil society. This article explored people’s attribution to social public affairs, which showed the factors in the attribution structure and the order of the factors. Using self-constructed attribution questionnaire, researchers investigated 4140 people face to face by stratified sampling, which were distributed in 10 classes in China. 4068 valid data were analyzed by array factor analysis to explore the attribution structure to social public affairs. The result shows that people attribute social public affair to 8 factors: conditions, capacities, ideas and methods, external assistance, luck, hard work and diligence, government, officials. There are double subjects which are the actors in public affairs and the managers to deal with public affairs. The 8 factors have their own order in the attribution structure. The officials and government appear as the first factor. Regarding the nature of the attribution to social public affair, the major factors are capacity and condition, but the official and government are most likely to wake up during the process of attribution, help and luck are in the highest priority.
