油品参数综和监测仪的现场总线系统的数据采集与处理研究 摘 要 国内油品计量监测仪表，技术上功能单一，对温度、密度、液位、压力等参 数的多点监测无切实可行的解决办法，造成油品计量的误差较大；国外同类产品 从原理上讲，以伺服、雷达、超声波等原理较多，但在长期保持高精度等问题上 效果不理想， 并且价格昂贵。因此，需要能有效解决上述问题的油品在线监测 仪表。本论文提出了拉线式位移光电编码器与静压检测相结合的综合测量系统。 拉线式位移光电编码器精确监测静压传感装置的位移量，静压传感器检测传感装 置的浸入深度，两者的结合即可检测出油品的液位。同时，采取固定距离差的对 称传感器装置，精确地测量出油品的密度，本系统运用现场现场总线实现了油品 的在线计量级参数测量，为油品的生产监控、储运、销售等环节提供了可靠的手 段。 关键词：油品，现场总线，光电编码器， 静压， 参数测量。 Abstract The domestic oil measures the measuring instrument, function single technically, to temperature, density, liquid location, pressure,etc. parameter many to monitor having feasible solution a bit, the error causing the oil to measure is relatively great; There are more foreign like products with principles , such as servo , radar , ultrasonic wave ,etc. in principle, but the result is unsatisfactory on keeping high accuracy ,etc. in long-term, and cost an arm and a leg. So, need to solve the online measuring instrument of oil of above-mentioned problems effectively. This thesis has proposed drawing the line type photoelectric encoder of displacement with pressing and measuring the comprehensive measuring system that combined together quietly . Draw the line type photoelectric encoder of displacement and monitor the quiet displacement amount of pressing the sensing device accurately, quiet to keep sensor measure sensing depth of soaking in of device , combination of the two can measure appear liquid location of oil. Meanwhile , adopt regular to from the poor symmetrical sensor device , measure the density of the oil accurately, system this use on- the-spot bus realize to measure grades of parameter measurement online oil, have offered the reliable means for links , such as production monitoring , storing and transporting , selling of the oil ,etc..
