原油中脂肪酸及酚的含量分析与测定 摘 要 随着越来越多含酸原油被开采出来，原油之中的有机酸类广泛的被人所重视。 例如脂肪酸，石油酸等。其中石油酸是石油中酸性物质的总称，主要是环烷酸。环 烷酸是精细化工原料之一，一般环烷酸中含有脂肪酸在10%以下。脂肪酸由于凝点 高其金属皂类的油溶性差, 某些以环烷酸为原料的精细化工产品要求限制环烷酸 中脂肪酸的含量。因此有必要对环烷酸中脂肪酸的含量进行检测。本论文对根据苏 丹原油的性质，筛选出氨水-乙醇溶剂法进行环烷酸的分离，对脱油环烷酸采用一 石油醚为溶剂，乙醇为活性剂使尿素与脂肪酸络合，用热水分离络合物，测量脂肪 酸的质量。根据原油中环烷酸的含量从而测定原油中脂肪酸的含量。同时对原油中 的酚含量采取滴定测量法测量，本研究为石化企业原油的开发和应用及环烷酸的利 用提供设计基础和理论依据。 关键词：脂肪酸，环烷酸，络合，滴定，原油 原油中脂肪酸及酚的含量分析与测定 Abstract With more and more to include sour crude oil is it come out to exploit , organic sour kind of extensive ones of crude oil pay attention to.
