油气水多相结蜡实验环道设计 摘 要 高含蜡原油的多相混输工艺流程中，原油中的蜡在较低温度下会结晶析出沉积 在管道壁面上，降低了管道的输送能力，并时常成为管道完全堵塞的直接诱因。一 旦发生管道堵塞事故，不仅可导致巨大的经济损失，还可能造成严重的环境后果。 本文重点研究多相流混输的蜡沉积问题，以油气水多相结蜡实验环道的设计为 基本内容，阐述了蜡沉积实验装置的发展背景及研究现状，通过分析比较国内外几 个著名的蜡沉积实验装置的资料，对实验系统的管径和管长进行计算，对实验系统 的实验设备进行计算和选型，对实验测试段和参比段进行设计。该实验环道的设计 为研究油气水多相混输的蜡沉积问题提供了理论依据及较合理的实验方案。 关键词：多相流，结蜡，环道，工艺设计 V 油气水多相结蜡实验环道设计 Abstract In the process of multiphase transportation of high wax content oil, wax in the crude oil will be precipitated and deposited on the pipe wall, which would reduce the transportation capacity of the pipeline, and often cause the pipe blockage completely. In case of the accidents of pipe blockage, not only can lead huge economic losses, but also may cause serious environmental consequences. In this paper, it was mainly researched on wax deposition in multiphase flow. With the design of loop line multiphase flow as the basic content, the development background and research status of experimental device of wax deposition was described. Through analyzing and comparing the information of several well-known experimental devices of wax deposition at home and abroad, the pipe length and diameter of the experimental system were carried out, and several experimental equipments were calculated and selected, and the test section and the reference section of the experimental system were designed.
