铸机扇形段采用分节辊优点分析与理论计算论证 石军兴 （武钢设备维修总厂，武汉 430080 ） 摘 要 三炼钢 1 号、2 号连铸机于 1996 年投产，铸机扇形段辊子采用长直辊形式.如果在线使用时间过长，易产 生辊子弯曲变形的设备缺陷,从而影响生产的板坯质量。3 号连铸机于 2005 年以后投产，铸机设备采用了一些当时 最先进的技术，其中扇形段辊子采用分节辊结构形式，即一根通轴，外配三根辊套，辊套采用轴承装配到通轴上， 通轴被四个轴承座支撑在本体框架上。3 号连铸机与 1 号、2 号连铸机比较而言，辊子的抗弯性能大大提高，因此 生产的板坯的质量精度也很高。本文对扇形段采用分节辊和采用长直辊的受力变形状况进行理论计算、分析对比， 验证扇形段辊子采用分节辊的优越性，并为之提供理论的依据。 关键词 扇形段 长直辊 分节辊 理论计算分析1 The Advantages and Theoretical Argument of Caster Segment Sub-section Roller Shi Junxing （Wuhan Iron and Steel Company Equipment Service Factory，Wuhan, 430080 ） Abstract Third Steel Plant’s 1 # 、2 # casting machine were put into operation in 1996, segment’sroller is used with roller in the form of long and straight, if it is used too long, the roller will easy bending, thus it will affect the quality of the slab. 3 # casting machine was put into operation in 2005, casting machine equipment used the most advanced technology, segment´ ｓroller is used with rollers in the form of sub-section, one through long roll axis, with three rollers outer, rollers bearing assembly in communication with the long roll axis. 3 # casting machine compared with the 1 # 、2 # casting machine, roller greatly improved resistance to bending, slab is also very high quality precision. In this article, we analysis and compary with force status of the sub-section rollers and the long straight rollers, verify superiority of the sub-section rollers and provide theoretical basis.
