“融合式”节能减排技术体系建立及其应用实践 李卫杰 杨 进 郑剑辉 王 明 (中冶南方（武汉）威仕工业炉有限公司，武汉 430223) 1 摘 要 针对钢铁工业节能减排面临的技术和方法瓶颈，本文通过对不同阶段节能减排思想和现状的分析，提出了 适应钢铁工业开展新一轮节能减排的技术方法体系——“融合式节能减排技术体系” 。基于该体系具体工作方法和思 路的阐述，进行了终端用能设备节能减排和钢铁联合企业系统节能减排的案例介绍。结果表明，“融合式节能减排 技术体系”符合钢铁企业现有节能减排现状和需求，能够带来明显的经济效益、社会效益和环境效益。 关键词 节能减排 融合式 终端用能设备节能 系统节能 Establishment and Applied Practice of Coupled Technology System for Conserving Energy and Reducing Emissions Li Weijie Yang Jin Zheng JianHui Wang Ming (Research and Development Department of WISDRI (Wuhan), WIS Industrial Furnace Co., Ltd.,Wuhan, 430223) Abstract Aimed at the difficulty of methods and techniques for conserving energy and reducing emissions in iron and steel industry, this paper analyzes the concept and current status of conserving energy and reducing emissions at each stage, and presents new technology system to profit the development of iron and steel industry, which is called “Coupled Technology System for conserving energy and reducing emissions”. Based on the description of specific method and thinking about the system, this paper introduces some cases, including energy conservation of terminal energy-using equipments and system energy saving of integrated iron and steel work. The results showed that the system is in line with the current status and requirement of conserving energy and reducing emissions in iron and steel industry, which brings economic, social and environmental benefit obviously.
