径锻温度对 GH4169 合金棒材组织与性能的影响 刘丰军 陈国胜 王庆增 王资兴 丁 燕 (宝钢股份特钢事业部上海 200940 ) 摘 要 本文研究了不同加热温度、终锻温度对 GH4169 合金φ130mm 径锻棒材组织和性能的影响。结果表明,加 热温度和终锻温度过低时,棒材心部虽然获得了细于 ASTM 11 级的晶粒,但表面、甚至R/2 处会因变形温度低于 动态再结晶温度而残留部分原始拉长晶粒,同时δ 相大量析出,不利于合金的综合性能。如加热温度和终锻温度 过高,因原始晶粒在加热过程中过分长大,在变形过程中难以全部完成动态再结晶而残留部分原始拉长晶粒;同 时δ 相显著减少,合金的高温综合性能显著下降。在合适的加热温度和终锻温度下,棒材心部获得了均匀的 10级 晶粒,同时边缘获得了完全再结晶的 11 级晶粒,各部位δ 相差异较小且基本呈颗粒状和短棒状在晶界均匀弥散分 布,合金具有良好的低温、高温综合性能。1 关键词 GH4169 合金 加热温度 终锻温度 组织与性能 Effect of Radial Forging Temperature on Microstructure and Mechanical Properties of GH4169 Superalloy Liu Fengjun Chen Guosheng Wang Qingzeng Wang Zixing Ding Yan (Special Steel Business Unit, Baoshan Iron Steel Co., Ltd., Shanghai, 200940) Abstract The effect of heating temperature and final forging temperature on microstructure and mechanical properties of GH4169 superalloy has been investigated in this paper. The results showed that when the heating temperature and final forging temperature is too low, though grain size in the center is finer than ASTM 11, yet at surface or even at mid-radius incompletely recrystallized grains are retained because the forging temperature is lower than the dynamic recrystallization temperature. At this time, overmuch δ phase precipitated. This will be adverse to the mechanical properties. When the heating temperature is too higher, grains grow and the amount of δ phase is reduced, part of the initial elongated incompletely recrystallized grains is retained because of the too large initial grains, which would reduce the high temperature mechanical properties.
