Abstract

Comparedwiththeclassof2022,thenumberofcollegegraduateshasincreasedby820,000in2023,withanestimatedsizeof11.58million.Everygraduationseason,employmentisdifficultisahottopic.Incontrasttothelargeincreaseinthenumberofcollegegraduates,thejobmarketisbecomingmoresaturated.Inthecasethatthesupplyoflaborforceexceedsthedemand,manyenterpriseshavethespaceofdisguisedchoice,andallkindsofemploymentdiscriminationemergeinendlessly,suchasgenderdiscrimination,agediscrimination,educationalbackgrounddiscriminationandsoon.Therearevariousgroupsofcollegestudentsinthesociety.Asagroupwithahighereducationallevelinthesociety,theemploymentdiscriminationfacedbycollegestudentsisoftentheepitomeoftheemploymentsituationofthewholesociety.Withthedevelopmentoftheeconomyandthesociety,thesephenomenaofemploymentdiscriminationhavebecomemoreandmoreobvious.Employmentdiscriminationnotonlyseriouslyaffectsthepersonaldevelopmentofcollegestudents,infringesontheequalemploymentright,butalsocausesthewasteofnationaleducationalresources,thelossandidletalents,andaffectsthebalanceddevelopmentofsociety.However,undertheactionofmanyfactors,thegovernanceofemploymentdiscriminationisdifficulttopromote.Thispaperwillexplorethelegalregulationofthephenomenonofcollegestudentsemploymentdiscriminationfromtheperspectiveoflegalgovernance.
